Fees & Tuition

Fees and Tuition 

For new students coming to Smart College, registration begins mid-April onward.
The registration fee is a non-refundable $300 due upon registration. It covers the general supplies
and materials, medical insurance, library materials, equipment, classroom supplies, and other
consumable material each year.
Total tuition fees range from $3000 for kindergarten classes to $3500 for secondary classes. All
who register for the first year at Smart College will be receiving a 50% discount on tuition fees
until the child graduates from Smart College.

We would like to bring your attention to the following terms shall your child be admitted into our
school:
1) The 50% discount is only applicable to the tuition fees. All other fees are to be paid in full.
2) Transportation fees are paid separately from tuition fees.
3) Signing the parent’s pledge at the end of the registration form binds you to be committed to all
the school’s policies, rules, and regulations. You claim all responsibility shall you not abide by
the school’s terms.
4) Any student requiring an early withdrawal from school will have to submit a written letter to
the administration. No refunds will be made.
5) All tuition installments are to be paid in full as per prior agreement or else the student will not
be able to receive their term grade reports. If total tuition fees are not settled by the end of 
the scholastic year, the student will not be registered for the next scholastic year until all payments are settled.
6) If there is a wish of withdrawal by the end of the scholastic year, all tuition installments should be settled to receive any transcripts or official papers from school.
7) If the school was not informed about any diagnosis, illness, or disability that might affect the academic or social performance of the child upon registration, and it was discovered that the
student has any of the above, the school has the right to ask the student to withdraw from
school with no refunds of tuition fees.
8) Any student missing 40 days or more of the scholastic year for family reasons might not be
accepted for the next grade level.

Settlement of School Fees


Upon registration, the following fees will be applicable:
1) Tuition fees after the 50% discount
2) Cost of books
3) Cost of school uniform
Tuition is paid in three installments:
1) First Installment: 40% of tuition fees to be paid by 1st of November of the current scholastic
year
2) Second Installment: 30% of tuition fees to be paid by 1st of January of the current scholastic
year

3) Third Installment: 30% of tuition fees to be paid by 1st of March of the current scholastic year
If you wish to pay tuition fees by monthly installments, please submit a written request to the
school secretary.
Special discounts are offered to siblings and high achievers except for preschoolers and cycle one
students.
To apply for a scholarship, please present a written request to the Students’ Affairs office.
