Required Documents

1. A completed “Application Form”

2. Official transcripts for the last three scholastic years

3. Behavior certificate from the previous school (all grade levels excluding kindergarten classes)

4. An official document from the school, certified by the Ministry of Education, attesting to the completion of the previous academic year

5. Six passport-size photos for kindergarten classes and two passport-size photos for all other grade levels

6. A copy of a valid passport or Identity Card

7. ICR (Individual Civil Registration) (all grade levels including kindergarten classes)

8. FCR (Family Civil Registration) (all grade levels excluding kindergarten classes)

9. A completed Medical form (photocopy of the vaccination card is helpful)

10. Medical certificate (all grade levels including kindergarten classes)

11.  Eye and Ear Medical Tests (all grade levels including kindergarten classes)

12. Blood Test (CBC) (all grade levels including kindergarten classes)

13. Registration in the school transport system is done upon registration in school.

14. No transport registration will be made in the first two weeks of school.

15. In case of a change of address, the school must be notified in writing at least three working days in advance in order to ensure proper services.

How to Apply?

All parents who support our mission and vision are welcome to apply for their children to be students at Smart College.

The availability of places within the school and the suitability of the application are taken into consideration when accepting new students into our school.

Upon registration, parents are notified that our school is not equipped to cater the needs of students who have mental or emotional disabilities. However, we have made our school campus ready to accept students who have physical disabilities, such as sitting on the wheelchair.

Students are expected to be on grade level to be admitted. All applicants for the kindergarten levels will be asked to sit for an interview. A separate interview will also be required for the parents of the applicants.

As for all other grade levels, students will be sitting for entrance exams in the following subjects: English, Arabic, and Math. The student’s admission will be according to his grades in the entrance exams. An interview with the HOD will follow to finalize admission of the student.

To apply for your child please follow the below steps:

1. Fill a registration application.

2. Submit all required documents mentioned in the “Required Documents” section.

3. Students will sit for an interview (kindergarten students) and an entrance exam (all other grade levels).

4.  Students and parents will sit for a meeting with the HOD shall the entrance exam be on the required level and will get the final acceptance of their child.

5. Tuition fees should be paid according to the installments plan set.
